Reasons You’re Always Tired

Tiredness is a common problem these days. We can say that almost 60% of our population feel sleepy, tired, fatigued and frustrated throughout the day. There are so many reasons for this tiredness but study shows that the basic reason of tiredness is our lifestyle. 

Most of the time we can just drag our-self for work. Our energy level can possibly lower down and we feel drained out and almost dragged ourselves for daily work. The energy level lower down and you are facing high mood swings. Such kinds of problems can only be addressed if you actually knew the reasons and start working on your lifestyle. Here are some solutions to cover this problem.

Don’t Skip your Breakfast:

Breakfast is the first meal of the day that you consume after waking up daily in the morning. Breakfast kick-starts your day and your metabolism, it helps you burn your calories throughout the day. It helps you get your energy levels up throughout the day.

When we sleep our body remains functioning and early morning when we wake up our body requires full packed energy . Breakfast is an essential meal of the day that you don’t have to skip for any reason, and when you skip it, you will only contribute to feeling more fatigued during the day. 

Carbs & Refined Sugar:

Sugar and carbs can be a good source of energy but eating too much refined sugar and carbs can cause so many unwanted consequences to our body that includes weight gain and other serious chronic disease.

Carbs can no doubt be a good source of energy. When you eat carbs your body breaks them into sugar which can be used for increasing our energy level.

But too much consumption of Carbs can cause you to feel tired for the day. This variation in sugar level can make you feel exhausted and restless. Study Shows that if we minimized processed carbs and sugar from our diet we can increase our energy level automatically. 

The best solution to keep your energy level in balance is to replace your refined sugar and carbs with proteins because protein helps to overcome such issues. Consumption of more high protein, vegetables and low-fat foods will improve your metabolic rate and help to change your lifestyle.

You Might have sleep disorder:

Sleep disorder is a very serious kind of problem due to this condition, breathing repeatedly stops and starts again and again. This is a condition where your throat narrows down or closes during sleep and interrupts your breathing process.

Due to this condition, you start snoring loudly and your blood’s oxygen levels drop quickly, due to difficulty in breathing you wake up often in the nights and feel exhausted the whole next day. 

The main sleep disorders are, Complex sleep syndrome, Obstructive sleep disorder, Central sleep disorder.

Some of the common symptoms of sleep disorders are Loud snoring, Gasping for air during sleep, Awakening with a dry mouth, Morning headache, some of the time you stop breathing during sleep. If you have such a disorder the best solution is to visit your doctor. 

Keep Eye on your Iron Level:

If you are feeling exhausted, tired and lazy you might be lacking in your required iron level. Iron is required for both male and female, low iron levels affect your oxygen supply to your tissues and deprive them of the energy they need for our tissues.

Due to lack of information we ignore the importance of iron intake and don’t even think as being a nutrient. The common symptoms of iron deficiency include brittle nails, pale skin, dry skin, dizziness, chest pain, headaches, shortness of breath, cold hands and feet, shortness of breath.

The best solution for preventing yourself from all these issues is to increase intake of iron-rich foods like poultry, red meat, white beans, spinach etc.

You are not Sleeping Properly:

The other basic reason for tiredness is your irregular Sleep. Research shows that 8-Hours of regular sleep is essential for the human system, but it can also depend on an individual’s medical condition.

Our body needs rest as it requires food for survival. The Lack of sleep may seem to be an obvious cause of chronic fatigue and tiredness, weight gain, memory issues and affects your mental health.

If you love yourself you need to get enough sleep and the place you sleep also determines the quality you sleep. Because it’s not enough to have sleep, the quality of sleep is also very important, environmental disturbance, hot or cold temperatures, room light, uncomfortable bed and mattress are also causes of your bed sleep. 

For a healthy sleep it’s necessary to avoid screens before bed.

You have Depression:

Depression is increasing seriously these days, this is a form of medical illness that negatively affects your productivity and how you feel about different situations. Every person has to have a different reaction for the day-to-day problems. This kind of situation affects our mental health and how we feel, think and react to situations.

This situation is treatable, but cannot allow you to explore things and cause feelings of sadness and cannot allow you to do anything in your life, you lose your interest in different things that you were enjoying before. This kind of situation can affect your productivity in the workplace and at home. Some of the depression symptoms can vary from mild to severe and can include, Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed, feeling sad or having a depressed mood, sleeping habits can also get affected, it can also affect our energy level and stress level.

The best solution is to consult with the doctor if you are facing the same problems. This kind of situation can be treated with change in lifestyle focusing on exercise, massage and relaxation techniques, or other therapies. 

You may have an under Active Thyroid:

Thyroid is a very important gland if you have an underactive or overactive thyroid problem you need to immediately visit your doctor after medication. You start feeling better soon.

The medication will gradually lower cholesterol levels and may reverse the problems if you might have with the active or inactive thyroid. This gland is a butterfly shaped gland at the base of the neck that will help in regulating metabolism.

Low thyroid hormone levels cause fatigue, corriel etc and if it’s not functioning properly you can feel cold, feeling down dry skin, constipation and other skin, hair and nails problems.

You are not Doing Exercise

Exercise is very important in our daily life. Humans are designed to have a regularly active life. Exercise improves our strength and the efficiency of our heart to get oxygen and nutrients to our muscles. Study shows that regular exercise helps in fighting with depression as well.

It can block out negative thoughts and distract you from our daily worries. It can help build up new social contacts and bost our moral, mood, sleeping patterns etc. Staying active can help us to build our muscles and joints strong and also reduce the risk of joint and back pain and also keep our joints aligned and it can also help us maintain a healthy weight and boost up our energy and self esteem.

For a healthy and happier life this is recommended to add exercises like yoga, aerobics or Zumba in daily routine. For a perfect mindset and healthy life this is recommended that you must visit your physician for any sort of changes in your life, if you feel more tired than normal or dealing with chronic fatigue.  Because life is a very beautiful gift of God you can spend it well.
